By accepting this agreement, you authorize the dispatched CurbCall technician to perform the requested roadside service on your vehicle at the specified location.
You agree to pay the listed service fee upon completion of the work. CurbCall acts as a marketplace connecting you with independent technicians and is not liable for the quality of service provided.
The technician will exercise reasonable care. However, pre-existing vehicle conditions or damage not related to the service are not covered. You may cancel the request before the technician arrives at no charge.
